What a loss for South Florida if Alligator Alley doesn't reopen! It's been around for a long time and is well known as the place to go for the blues. I saw my first official Hagus Magagus show. Although that show was local funk rock, blues and jazz musicians from all over the country played at Alligator Alley.

It's a testament to the mutual enjoyment of music by the players and the audience. The cozy atmosphere set the mood for a good time. And the unique cuisine tops it off. 

My fingers are crossed for a reopening party.
