It's time for the monthly Dialect party at Brew Urban Cafe. Tonight, 23 artists will join four DJs and a bunch of other random people who are standing around talking and drinking coffee or beer for the exhibit/dance party. It usually brings out an interesting crowd of artists and people who go to dance parties.

Also, Gold Rims Forever will play Poor House. I like that name. It's gonna be blues and funk with Michael Vazquez, Brian Bennet and Alaina Reed. Actually, if you put both events together, you've got quite a little Thursday night going. Go to Dialect for a while and be artsy and then walk around the corner to Poor House and be tipsy. Or, you can always stay home and read Victorian literature because that's fun too. Seriously, it is.
