River Rat Alleycat II, Saturday, September 11, Race begins at 4 p.m.

This Saturday afternoon, the streets of Fort Lauderdale will be brimming with participants in the second annual River Rat Alleycat bike race -- so named because the check points were all along the city's waterways last year.
