SoLita Las Olas Serves Home-Style Italian Cuisine in Modern Environs

Italian cuisine-loving locavores, Las Olas's newest restaurant SoLita -- the name is short for "South of Little Italy" -- is sure

to tempt you to its tables with an extensive home-cooked style menu that combines creative versions of traditional pasta dishes with sumptuous seafood, steak and chicken entrees. A few selections from Chef Anothony Risoli's creative menu follow: the "bone out" half pan roasted chicken is served with fresh Italian herbs and white wine; the sausage pinwheel comes with

fresh cheese and parsley served with broccoli rabe; and veal sorrentino layered with prosciutto, eggplant, fresh mozzarella and white wine tomato basil sauce.
